These gluten free crackers are super easy and very delicious. I got the recipe from a friend in Denmark, and have made it over and over again. We use these crackers plain as a snack, for a charcuterie, as a side to a soup or for a cheese plate.
Although you can get a variety of gluten free crackers, they often have added sugar and starch in them. These crackers are clean, crunchy and filling, and when I can make them, anyone can make them 🙂
Getting a balanced diet is very important for your health and wellness. I do recommend organic, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free if at all possible. You can read more about a balanced diet here
Benefits of the seeds
Seeds are an important part of a healthy diet, because they are a rich source of essential nutrients that our bodies need to function properly.
They are packed with essential nutrients, including protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Therefore are seeds an efficient way to meet our nutritional needs.
Many seeds are a good source of plant-based protein, which is important for building and repairing tissues in our body. This makes them a valuable source of protein if you want to consume less animal products.
Because they are rich in healthy fats, such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, they can help reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol levels, and protect against heart disease.
Also, seeds are a good source of dietary fiber, which is important for maintaining healthy digestion and preventing constipation. Fiber can also help lower cholesterol levels and control blood sugar levels.
Seeds are high in antioxidants, which are important for protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals, as well as help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, such as cancer and heart disease.
You can incorporate seeds in a variety of recipes and added to smoothies, salads, baked goods, and more, making them a convenient and nutritious option for any meal.
Overall, seeds are a nutrient-dense and versatile food that can provide a range of health benefits when incorporated into a healthy diet.
