Our Microfarm Story
We have had a passion for healthy living and a dream of being self sustainable and in tune with nature for a long time. Now its becoming a reality.
Andy grew up on a dairy farm on the west coast of Denmark. From a very early age he was always helping out with the animals and in the fields.
His mom had a huge vegetable garden which gave them most of the produce they needed. Also, they had fresh meat from the animals on the farm.
I grew up in the city and was not used to having our own vegetable garden. However, my grandad had commercial greenhouses and went to the town square twice a week to sell produce and flowers.
