Who doesn’t like wings? I sure do – well, I like my meat 🙂
Since we recently moved to Texas I have not cooked on the stove, everything is outdoors on the grill.
I love that for two reasons; it taste a lot better, and it doesn’t make a mess inside.
My husband Andy, is really great at getting the meat just right, and are always looking for new add ons for the grill to make it even better.
This new rotisserie basket he found makes the most amazing and crisp wings I have ever had. We also tried to do small potatoes and freis. Both turned out really really good.
For the two of us we did:
6 Wings, spiced with Bragg’s Amino Acids and Wild Tree Rancher Steak Rub
They were in the Rotisserie basket at 400 for about an hour
I made some Blue Cheese dressing just from crumbled Blue Cheese and Sour Cream.
Tonight we just had carrot, cucumber and celery stiks to dip in the Blue Cheese
