Crunchy Apple Kale Salad

I love to use the fruits and vegetables in season whenever possible. That means we get a lot of different salads and dishes, with all the different crops from the cruciferous family. To soften them op a little I usually add some time of fruit and/nuts.

This one has very quickly become a favorite. We use as a side salad to almost all types of dishes.
It’s easy to make and it taste really great.

You’ll need:

4-6 large kale leafs, stimmed
2 cups of ruffle diced cabbage
2 apples, take out the core
1 cup of almonds

Add everything into your food processor and use the pulse button until the ingredients have the size you want.
You can easily add onion, peppers, fresh ginger or garlic to change it up a little.
